About our project
Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems, Inc. has a tool for predicting potential areas of failure in oil and gas pipeline networks. The data used in their analysis needs to be in a structured format. Their current system of manually changing the format of files is slow and tedious. They require an efficient way to take semi-structured Excel files and transform them into a structured format for loading into their system.
The solution will be a complete web-based solution as requested. It will have a user interface that will allow users to do the following: Upload their files (up to 25 files) to our system for transformation. Transform various input excel files into standard formats. Save the transformations as presets for the future. Having the ability to have backups of their files saved in our database for future usage. The system will have 2 types of users that provide different levels of access. Clients can only access the conversion of the files. Clients can upload and download input/output files, as well as defining input format and view the transformation history. The administrator can add, delete and modify the standard output type. The administrator also has all the functionality of a client.

It is extremely easy to use! Couple simple clicks are all you need to complete an transformation!
HOW WE VALIDATED OUR DESIGN SOLUTION
We set validation tests at the very beginning of our design phases. We validate each tests after implementation!
We achieve a 76% success rate overall.
